About the Role

As a production worker, you will monitor machines, assemble components, perform quality control and testing of products, and pack finished goods. You will work in a modern, automated environment where robots handle parts of the production process.

About You

We are looking for someone with an industrial, technical, or practical educational background who is communicative in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. You should have experience with technical tasks, such as working as an operator. Computer skills are desirable, as is the ability to handle repetitive tasks. You must be able to work both independently and as part of a team, follow routines, and drive your work forward to achieve set goals. Good physical fitness is also required.

It is an advantage if you hold a driver's license, forklift license, or crane operator license, as well as experience with LEAN/5S working methods. Previous experience working in a dynamic and technical environment where you have handled both manual and automated processes can be beneficial. The ability to remain calm in stressful or sudden situations is highly valued. Experience in similar roles such as tester, press line operator, automation cell operator, or assembler is desirable.
